Pay/Wages

                RTG Medical offers pay rates based on experience.  The following are average pay rates our therapists are making nationwide:

Physical Therapist

Hourly Rates                                                $ 30.00 - $ 36.00

Weekly Per Diem                                         $ 210.00 Tax Free

Weekly Car Allowance                                 $ 175.00 Tax Free

Reimbursed Travel Expenses                      $ 800.00

Paid Housing Monthly                                  $ 1200.00 Tax Free

We are also offering $500.00 referral bonuses.

Per Diem and Car Allowance

We offer a car allowance of $175 per week and a per diem of $210 per week to cover food and daily expenses.  If you do not drive your own vehicle on an assignment, we will provide you with a rental car instead of a car allowance. 

Housing

RTG Medical provides private, fully furnished housing.  Housing can range from a one-bedroom apartment to a hotel suite, depending upon what is available in the area.  We will also pay for and arrange set-up of utilities, basic cable and phone services.

Travel and Licensures

RTG Medical reimburses for travel expenses at a rate of .32/mile to the assignment and back home, not to exceed $400 each way.  If you do not drive yourself to an assignment, we will arrange and provide a flight to and from the assignment, as well as a rental car when you arrive at the assignment.

We also provide 100% licensure reimbursement when a new state license is required and obtained.
