Here are some of the benefits people enjoy when they work for Westminster Communities of Florida. Insurance We offer all regular, full time employees Group Medical, Dental, Group Life, Optional Life, Short- and Long-term Disability. Continuing Education We encourage our staff to become increasingly qualified to perform their jobs. Full time employees may be offered an opportunity to participate in periodic training and seminars. Tuition Reimbursement Full time employees may qualify for educational assistance to help pay for a portion of the cost of tuition and textbooks for approved courses that will improve their education. Funeral Leave In case of a death in an employee's family, full time employees are eligible for up to three (3) days paid funeral leave. Flexible Spending Accounts Employees may participate in a Flexible Spending Account, allowing them to put pretax money aside for expenses they expect to be incurring for health care or dependent care. Jury Duty Full time employees called for jury duty will be excused from work the number of days they are on jury duty and will receive their regular hourly rate of pay. Notary Public The service of a notary public is available at the Administration Office during normal office hours. Retirement Plan Westminster Communities of Florida believes in investing in your retirement and pays for your retirement plan. Plans vary depending on the nature of your employment. 403 (b) Upon employment, full time and part-time employees can contribute pretax money to their 403(b) retirement savings plan.
