We have an opportunity for an independent occupational physical  therapist to work on-site for a local cheese company.  This person will be part of our health team who is concerned about the well - being of our employees and help them with both personal and work related health issues.  You will need to cover a 3 shift operation with approximately 20 hours per week.   The timing of this coverage is flexible so you can meet personal on your  needs at home or professional obligations.   We offer an environment that has minimal bureaucracy and you will be teamed with an industrial nurse who is a pleasure to work with.  We also provide most of the supplies and a room to perform the duties.  Job duties to include but not limited to post offer screen placements, work hardening, ergonomics, case management and on-site therapy treatments.  Must be able to flex around three shifts Monday through Friday with no weekends planned.
