Our user asked: "What exercises do you recommend for someone with Fibromyalgia and Ostheoarthritis?"

Ask a PT Response: "For my patients with both fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis, getting them active is the most importnat thing to do. Wheter it be walking, performing light exercise on land or in warm water. The addition of stretching and and lifting light weights for strength training are also incorporated. For both conditions, it is important to build up activity slowly to allow for increase tolerance. Below are some useful links for exercises which are commonly prescribed:
