Our user asked: "I have a problem when i walk... I always felt that i don't walk the proper way and it made a huge influence on my confidence, and lately a came to realize that is true!! i really don't walk properly, it looks like i'm dragging my feet and i'm forcing them to walk and it looks really weird, i also feel like my Tibias are twisted and it kinda hurts when i walk and now i'm having a huge pain in my right knee as i my foot touches the ground. I had radiography at my knee and the doctor said it looks fine. I just wanna know if it's a common thing and if it can be healed with physical therapy.
Sorry for my english and thank you so much." Ask a PT Response: "That is good your radiographs were unremarkable. No this is not a common occurrence. You may have an imbalance where there may be weakness and tightness/flexibility issues. A consultation with a PT would be a good idea so that he or she can determine what could be contributing to your condition. Best of luck to you."
