It would be important to see how the humeral head fracture is healing. Since you are continuing to experience pain and have a decrease in shoulder mobility now, physical therapy would be recommended at this time. The physical therapist will be able to help you with managing your pain and helping you increase your shoulder mobility. If you continue to have problems despite participation in therapy, then you may want to consult a physician with an orthopedic background. Thanks for using CyberPT."
