Terms and Conditions for Forum Use
Visitors using the message boards understand that all information posted can be visible to anyone else and are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not CyberPT, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. CyberPT does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. CyberPT does not share the views of the message posters and under no circumstances will CyberPT be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.

You agree to not use the message board for the following:
· Posting advertisements or solicitation of business;
· Posting inaccurate, invalid or misleading information or impersonating another individual, living or dead, or another company, real or fictitious;
· Posting material that infringes on the copyright, proprietary rights or privacy of others;
· Intentionally or unintentionally violating any applicable local, state, national or international laws;
· Posting material or otherwise making available any Content that is unlawful, obscene, pornographic, hateful, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory or invasive of another’s privacy as determined by CyberPT;
· Posting the same message more than once within a reasonable time period, as determined by CyberPT.

CyberPT reserves the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to screen, refuse, or remove any Content that is available via the message board that violates the Terms & Conditions or is otherwise objectionable. You, the user, agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content on the message board, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content posted on the message board. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by CyberPT or submitted to CyberPT. HONCode Forum Addendum
- Principle 1 - Authority   
The CyberPT Forum is moderated daily by licensed physical therapists from CyberPT, Inc.

All users of the forum are by default considered as non medical professionals.

Forum users and moderators must behave at all times with respect and honesty.

Moderators reserves the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to screen, refuse, or remove any Content that is available via the message board that violates the Terms & Conditions or is otherwise objectionable. Violators of our terms and conditions for postings on our forum will not be warned and can be banned without notification.

- Principle 3 - Confidentiality

Members of the CyberPT forum are able to modify or erase their posts at any time.

- Principle 4 - Attribution
For members of our forum who provide health/medical information please provide references (links for ex.) to the health/medical information mentioned, when it is not
personal experience. What we mean by personal experience is anything the person has
undergone himself/herself.

- Principle 5 - Justifiability
Members of the CyberPT forum agree to not use the Forum for posting inaccurate, invalid or misleading information or impersonating another individual, living or dead, or another company, real or fictitious.

- Principle 8 - Honesty in advertising & editorial policy -
Forum members agree to not post advertisements or solicitation of business on the CyberPT forum.

CyberPT generates its revenues through consultation fees with companies desiring marketing solutions and through advertisement on its site. Therefore, CyberPT reserves the right to post advertisements on the CyberPT forum. The advertisements on the CyberPT forum may be targeted to the content of information on each specific web page. CyberPT neither will endorse nor will be held responsible or liable for any product, company or content linked to or advertised on its Site. CyberPT makes no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, accuracy or completeness of any advertisement links to and from other sites.

CyberPT clearly distinguishes between editorial content and the process from advertising. Banners and advertising spaces are clearly marked. Any content provided by an advertising sponsor is clearly marked as such and is physically separated from editorial content. Advertising sponsors are responsible for obtaining all licenses and permissions required to provide, distribute, use and display ads displayed on the CyberPT site. CyberPT reserves the right and has sole discretion with respect to selection, interpretation and enforcement of advertising on the CyberPT Site.

CyberPT will not permit advertising that, in our judgment, makes unsubstantiated claims of therapeutic benefit for particular products or contains false or misleading information. In addition, we will not permit advertising that, in our judgment, is not factually accurate and in good taste. We will not permit at any time the placement of any advertising for illegal or objectionable products. Advertising must not contain fraudulent, deceptive, or offensive material, including material that misrepresents, ridicules, or attacks an individual or group on the basis of age, color, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or handicap. Advertising must not be related to any of the following: pornography, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, or firearms. Advertisers must respect the terms of our privacy policy, and may not attempt to individually identify any users of CyberPT.com or obtain inappropriate access through other technological means to personally identifiable information. No advertising shall be permitted which may injure the good name or reputation of CyberPT or CyberPT.com.
