For those therapists who are using documentation software: 1.) Has it saved you time or added to your documentation headaches? 2.) Would you recommend a particular software vendor? 3.) Would you warn against any vendor? 4.) Worth the cost?

I am using documentation software from several year. It saved my time and it worth the cost that i paid. I am recommending a vendor, have a look.
