I am an aquatic PT and I see a lot of patients with Fibromyalgia (FM). A good resource I use is the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases. You can look online at:
www.immunesupport.com/fibromyalgia.

Also, I highly recommend promoting aquatic PT for any patients with FM. It works wonderfully for chronic pain syndromes.

A patient of mine with fibromyalgia gave me a book "Fibromyalgia & Chronic Myofascial Pain - A survival manual" second edition by Devin Starlanyl and Mary Ellen Copeland which we both found informative. This book is geared towards patients and helping them understand fibromyalgia.
