Our user asked: "I am 6 weeks into physical therapy after peroneal tendon surgery and was wondering what my therapy exercises should be at this point. I've been doing the same exercises at home as I do at therapy and feel that I should be doing more and feeling that " going " to therapy is ridiculous because I'm already doing the same exercises at home. Please comment"
Ask a PT Response: "I usually tend not to have my patients perform the same exercises which they are performing at home. Here are some links to some protocols which should give you a better idea of what you should be doing. Please keep in mind protocols vary among surgeons and should not be taken as an absolute guide to treatment.
