   Our user asked: "Hello i am 21 years old and have been in a car accident that i was rear ended and caused some back problems. i am wondering if using a beach ball would be ok to use as a "chair" rather than a yoga stability ball. thanks"
Ask a PT Response: "Beach balls are not designed to bear weight through. It probably would not be a good idea. Stability balls are mae with a more durable material and are more appropriate for weight bearing."
