Our user asked: "I wish to become a licensed physical therapist, however, can not attend traditional school as I am active duty military. I am currently enrolled in American Military University program with a SPorts Medicine/Exercise Science concentration. My question is, because of my major being a fully, yet regionally accredited, online degree can it still be accpeted by DPT programs as long as I fulfill all necessary requirements for entry to the school? Thank you."
Ask a PT Response: "Admission requirements differ from school to school. My advise to you would be for you to contact the schools that you are interested in atending and talk to their admissions department about your situation. Thank you for serving our country and best of luck to you."
