Hi, my mother had undergone facial surgery three months back and the procedure was done under anesthesia. As fa as I know, most facial surgeries are carried out with anesthesia for the patients to avoid experiencing the pain during the surgery.

You should have no problems attending a surgery day or procedure the day after your anaesthetic. To be on the safe side, please do not drive or operate machinery. A few people have found they have a mild headache the next day after a day surgery. If you do, then you may take a paracetamol.
