Our user asked: "I am sorry to hear about your condition. It must be very frustrating to not know what is causing your condition. As far as your question goes in regards to physical therapy - Is your vertigo elicited by positional changes ie. turning head, changing positions in bed, etc..? If it is - it could be a condition called Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo which can be treated by a physical therapist.
It sounds like you have seen all the specialists and undergone all the tests - perhaps you may want to also consider alternative medicine such as acupuncture, yoga, etc. to exhaust all your choices. From talking to an acupuncturist, she stated that dizziness/vertigo can be treated with acupuncture ie: http://www.acupuncture.com/conditions/dizziness.htm depending on what is revealed during the initial evaluation. Sorry I couldn't have been of more help. I wish you the best of luck."
