Our user asked: "I have radial nerve palsy. What kind of excercise will help me with my recovery?"

Ask a PT Response: "Have you seen a health care provider for this condition such as an occupational therapist/hand therapist? From what I understand of this condition, there really aren't too many exercises you can perform. Some patients are encouraged to perform range of motion exercises at the fingers and wrist utilizing the other hand to prevent tightening of muscles and tendons. Meanwhile, a hand splint is often utilized to support the wrist and to encourage finger movement as well. I hope this helps."
