Our user asked: "What's the difference between a contralateral lateral glide and a contralateral lateral deviation when referring to the movements of the TMJ?"
 
Ask a PT Response: "A contralateral glide describes the motion being performed on the opposite side while the lateral deviation describes the details of that movement on the opposite side. I hope this makes sense."
