   I have been doing some research on how to earn more money in my practice due to medicare cuts etc... one of the alternatives that I have come across is something called an eStore

The idea is simple, you get your own online retailing portal at no cost that allows you to offer thousands of after care products to your patients. The items are drop shipped and you earn a percentage of every sale. 

it seems to be doing good for me I was just curious as to who else is using it and what you are doing to market the service...
