Our user asked: "I have some muscle pain in my left hip/buttock as well as a hard time stretching. I would like some advice to continue recovery, nearly 12 weeks post-op."

Ask a PT Response: "Are you still participating in physical therapy? Manual therapy (soft tissue mobilization, MFR, etc.) can assist with helping the pain and promoting tissue pliability in that region. Strengthening along with core stabilization is essential as well. At 12 weeks post op, my patients usually tolerate lower level physioball and core exercises well."
