Our user asked: "myself and my three children have all experienced the pain, tendonitis, PT, lat.release, medial reefing. patellar realignment, surgery and still dislocating, subluxling, and more surgery is recommended..we are "sick of it" . I've actually used a brace similar to this about 18 yrs ago. Can anyone help us to live without this pain?"

Ask a PT Response: "I am assuming you guys have participated in PT as well? Having not only strong knees but hips and core are just as important to proper functioning of the knee. Have the therapists taken a look at your feet as well, along with leg length discrepancy? Those factors can play a role at the knees as well."
