Our user asked: "does the general precautions apply to both PL and AL approach"

Ask a PT Response: "No, the same precautions don't apply to a posterolateral vs anterolateral THA surgical cases. Posterloateral THA have general hip precautions of no hip flexion greater than 90 degrees, no hip adduction past midline and no hip internal rotation. Anterolateral have general precautions which includes no hip extension past neutral and no hip external rotation. Provided is a link that provides additional information: http://tiny.cc/q5wc6"
