   I have a $450 credit for a course registered with the International Spine & Pain Institute last year but was unable to attend due to medical reasons. I would like to transfer it to someone who is interested in taking courses offered between now and August 16, 2013 for a discounted price of $250. I have confirmation from the International Spine & Pain Institute that transfers are possible.
