Our user asked: "I have a history of posterior rib fractures, degenerative disc disease around T5,T6, and T7 and two bulging discs in my low back. I am a college student and my classes are 2 hours 50 minutes long. Due to my back issues, it is hard on my back to sit that long. Regarding ergonomics, what should I know and what should I look for to make my workstation/desk proper to help reduce my back pain? Also, what other resources are available regarding ergonomics?"
