Ask a PT 156 Posts Ask a PT Response: "Here is a link to US News 2008 best PT programs: Most PT schools are now at the doctorate level. In order to apply to these programs there will be course prerequisites which must be taken prior to applying. Unfortunately with your major in English, you may have to take quite a few of these prerequisite courses before you can apply. You should contact the schools you are interested in to learn more about what the requirements for application will be. As far as health benefits, that will most likely be determined by your place of employment once you have a job. This will vary between various employers. You can also find more information on PT schools by visiting the student section of our Forum: http://www.cyberpt.com/ptforum/forum_topics.asp?FID=4 If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us. Thank you for using CyberPT." |
