Starting a Private Practice

I am thinking about starting my own private practice. Is there anyone out there that can recommend a good course or program to go to? Any advise would be helpful as well.

I heard the course from the IndeFree Association is good. They are having a course in October which I may be interested in going to. For more info check out www.indefree.com .
