This would be consistent if you have a rhomboid dysfunction. It may be a good idea for you to get a physical therapy evaluation to determine if that is the case, especailly since you have been dealing with this condition for so long. Through the evaluation, the physical therapist will be able to determine what may be going on and develop a plan of care specific to your condition.
