PT Guy 22 Posts I didn't know too much about myofascial release until I attended this course. The course was primarily lab and the instructor did a great job teaching the techniques. The results were amazing on the individuals she performed techniques on. One individual had restricted GH ROM for flexion, abduction and internal rotation. After performing the MFR, she was able to achieve near full GH AROM. Another individual who had been involved in a MVA had various plates and rods placed in her LE's and had developed a hip flexion contracture. With MFR, Theresa was able to greatly reduce the amount of hip flexion contracture the individual was displaying. I really learned a lot and would be very interested in taking her MFR II course. I would rate this course a 10/10. It delivered as promise on course objectives and I'd definitely recommend it to others. |
