Our user asked: "sir my doctor priscribe me physio therapic exercise for two week to see if it work otherwise I have to go under spine surgery which I don't what to do and my insurance doesn't cover this treatment so I coulden't get that so I searched this site to see if I have any chances to get help with this issue online so is there any way I can get online help based on my condition? or can I get physio clinic in my area who give me treatment without insurence coverage?"

Ask a PT Response: "Sorry to hear about your injury. Exercises may help some patients who have a cervical herniated disc but can sometimes take more than two weeks to achieve any kind of noticeable results. I would recommend you keep your doctor informed in regards to your progress and current status. As far as online help, CyberPT doesn't provide assistance for treating patients. We mereley help educate patients in regards to what to expect from physical therapy and in no way do we replace a conventional visit to an actual live physical therapist or other healthcare professional. A website called DirectPT.com does offer online consultation. Please remember that this is not an endorsement of DirectPT.com. As far as finding a PT clinic in your area which will see a patient without insurance, I would recommend you call around. Most clinics will see a patient for a cash price. Good luck with everything and thanks for using CyberPT."
