Ask a PT Response: "Your conditions are pretty involved both at the cervical and lumbar spine. It would be a good idea for you to see a physical therapist in order to determine what would be the most effective plan of care for you. The therapist will determine which treatment options are most appropriate ie. Mckenzie exercises, traction, postural training, strengthening, manual therapy, etc. Best of luck to you."
