The Indian Ginseng or the Indian Winter Cherry, known as 'Ashwagandha' among Ayurveda practitioners is hailed for its medicinal properties. This sounds like an amazing plant. I am surprised that I have never heard of it before, considering that I am an avid advocate of natural medicine. I will definitely have to look further into it and learn more about it. Thank you very much for this information.
