Our user aksed: "trying to come up with a stretch exercise regimen heat/cold type deal. i see examples of exercises for sciatica but i would like a plan of some sort. like twice a day do this 3 times a day do this. there isnt anything on the web like this"
Ask a PT Repsonse: "For my patients that have sciatica, I usually have them perform their exercises 2-3 times a day. My patients find heat more beneficial prior to exercise to help with decreasing pain and increasing tissue pliability followed by ice, if needed, after exercise to manage pain and any inflammation."
