Our user asked: "When rehabilitating a pulled quad is it bad to do soft stretches and ems followed by icing twice a day?"
 
Ask a PT Response: "Gentle stretching, EMS and icing are apporiate treatment options which I would perform on my patients which have sustained a quad strain."
