Quick Question-

I ran a little to much to fast a few weeks ago, started having knee problems. Stopped running for awhile, walked 3 miles a day. But in the past week i've noticed my knee pain only occurs when i get home after the days over and take off my shoes and start walking around. The pain lasts until the next day.....BUT, if i put on another pair of shoes when i get home, i dont get knee pain....at all.

Can someone explain this? I thought walking barefoot was better for you haha.

Your shoes might be giving you added support if you have isssues at your feet. The first step would be to take a look at they type of foot you have: neutral, supinated or pronated. Depending on the your foot type you cold be experiencing added stresses to other parts of your body (ie. knee) as you bear weight through your feet. http://www.cyberpt.com/shoeselectiontips.asp - http://www.cyberpt.com/shoeselectiontips.asp
