I usually work on computers as I am doing a desk job, so sometimes I get severe pain neck pain. So please suggest me some exercises and some tips to deal with this problem.

Neck exercise often done to relieve neck pain mostly caused due to posture problems.It consists of specific neck stretches, neck strengthening exercises, aerobic exercises and trigger point exercises.
