Our user asked: "Hello, I was wondering if you had any advise for pain/weakness in the tendon (I think) of the very upper part of the front of the leg. I'm stretching it and doing leg lifts and squats and things. I just dont know if I'm under or over doing it. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance"

Ask a PT Response: "Are you referring to your hip flexor or qudriceps? That is a pretty broad question. How did you develop pain? How long have you had the pain? Decribe the pain? When do you experience pain: at rest, with activity etc? I'd need more information before I could help."
