Our user asked: "The inside of my knee hurts. At first it even hurt to bike but just the first few pedal strokes then it got better. Now it hurts if sitting with knees best at 90 degrees and I pull push my lower leg /calf down with my hands. Not sure if complete rest, strengthening, stretching or x ray or MRI is needed."

Ask a PT Response: "I would need a little more info. Did you injure your knee somehow? fall? pivot? etc.  Where does it hurt - front of knee, side, etc? Describe the pain at rest and with activity - sharp, dull, achy, throbbing etc? How long have you had this pain and has it gotten better?"
