Our user asked: "Two days ago I began to have right upper, inner arm pain (elbow to armpit), low back and right leg (buttocks to calf) pain. I would say it is more of an ache, nothing seems to make it worse and stretching seems to relieve the pain some. I have not had any recent injuries, no heavy lifting, no numbness, weakness or tingling. I have had a few times recently after I bend over I feel a sharp pain in my back and have some difficulty standing back up. Also some stiffness of neck and right shoulder blade. 36 year old female."

Ask a PT Response: "That is very strange that you experienced an onset of pain in all of those areas at once, especially since you stated there wasn't anything you can contribute it to. It might be a good idea to see your MD to see if there may be something else going on ie. virus, infection etc. Sorry I couldn't have been of more help."
