Hello. I was in gymnastics for 12 years and have tendonitis in both my wrists. I had this treated in the past but it has come back and can be quite painful. I'm curious if there are any exercises that I can do to help alleviate some of the pain.

Tendonitis in the wrist is not as common as tendonitis in the elbow. You would utilize a similiar plan of care for treating your wrists. You can perform both strengthening and stretching exercises of your elbow, wrist and hand to help maintain/increase strength and range of motion. Modalities such as an ice pack can help manage your pain as well.
