Hi everyone! I developed this practise of going for morning and evening walk since the commencement of lockdown. It was fun, and I was feeling a lot healthier after I began doing this. But later on, I started to feel pain in my knee joints and heels. I thought it's because of my stretching issues, but after I found that my shoes had some shock absorption issues. I changed the shoes, but still, the pain persists. I was suggested to consult this sports physiotherapy treatment (for more details: https://www.physioactive.ca/our-services/sports-injury-treatment/" rel="nofollow - https://www.physioactive.ca/our-services/sports-injury-treatment/ ). I'm confused. Why can't I go with regular physiotherapy and not this? Can anyone explain the difference? Am I thinking, right?
