Our user asked: "I injuried my shoulders in a basketball game a year ago. I have dislocated both of them in serveral games. I would like to know what exersices to do."

Ask a PT Response: "Since you have been experiencing recurring episodes of dislocations at both of your shoulders, I would suggest that you consult with an Orthopaedic MD or get a referral for PT. You will need individualized care given your condition, as generalized exercises will most likely not be as effective. If you don't address your condition and you continue to experience dislocations at your shoulders you may eventually develop a tear at one of the structures in your shoulder such as the labrum. Good luck with everything and thanks for using CyberPT."
