If it has and the plan of care from your chiropractor has only included massage and adjustments, I don't think that you are optimizing your treatment options especially since there has been no improvement and you are feeling worse. Physical therapy may be your next option as the therapist will work on helping you to minimize or reduce your disc bulge if possible, strengthening your muscles, increasing your range of motion, improving your posture, decreasing your tissue irritability and helping you with managing your symptoms on your own.
