Our user asked: "Hi- I am 50 years old and have just been diagnosed with osteopenia. My T scores are 1.2 spine and 1.6 hip, and I was told I have a "moderate risk of fracture." What are the best exercises to specifically help these areas to stop losing bone? Thanks!"
