Our user asked: "I fell and landed on my shoulder. I'm slowly losing movement in it and am having trouble fixing my hair and makeup. Any suggestions?"

Ask a PT Response: "After any shoulder injury it is extremely important to maintain shoulder range of motion so as not to develop a frozen shoulder: http://www.cyberpt.com/cptcondtrt12frznshld.asp - http://www.cyberpt.com/cptcondtrt12frznshld.asp . Listed on this page is some information on what to expect as far as participation in physical therapy goes. Since your condition is worsening, it may be a good idea to consult with your MD or PT so that they can evaluate your shoulder. Best of luck to you."
