Our user asked: "Greetings, I am in school at Bryant & Stratton College seeking to obtain my Associates degree for medical assisting. I would like to know how long would I have to go to school for physical therapist after I receive my Associates in medical assisting and also, what would be some colleges to recommend for physical therapy. Thank you for your time."

Ask a PT Response: "To become a PT nowdays you must obtain a doctorate degree. This usually requires a bachelor's degree and meeting certain prerequisite courses. My advise to you would be to contact a PT school that you may be interested in attending and obtain further admissions information from them."
