Our user asked: "I have pain in my back after doing the leg press machine. What should I do?"

Ask a PT Response: "This is a very broad question which I can't answer. Often times poor mechanics with the utilization of weight training machines will result in injury. There are quite a few of leg presses ie. seated, angled, supine and poor mechanics with too heavy of weight too son on these machines could result in injury. If your back doesn't improve I would seek out medical attention from your PT or MD."
