Our user asked: "recently i saw a doctor about pain in my ear, and it turned out to be TMD. What are some good excersises to help this heal without surgery?"

Ask a PT Response: "There are a number of factors to consider when treating TMD (ie. strength of various muscles, range of motion, tightness, posture, etc.) as a detailed evaluation should be conducted to determine treatment. It is probably a good idea to consult with a PT so an evaluation can be performed to determine the best plan of care for you including exercises. Sorry I couldn't have been of more help."
