Our user asked: "during prone knee flex, the hams are activated and the quad is stretched. is the quad activated at all when a patient returns to neutral (knee ext) in prone?"

Ask a PT Response: "When coming into full knee extension when the knee is flexed in prone, you will have concentric contraction of the quadriceps muscle with eccentric contraction of the hamstrings muscle."
