Our user asked: "I have an injured trap muscle (upper) and a little bit of rotator cuff pain from a minor accident (taking a thrust with my shoulder into an object) what stretches can I do to relieve this pain? I have no benefits right now."

Ask a PT Response: "Without physically being able to evaluate you and not having additional information, I would not be able to recommend specific exericses for you. I would recommend that you refer to our conditions and treatments pages for upper trapezius and rotator cuff strain to obtain more information and to learn more about treatment options for a PT. Included are some sample exercise video clips that may be prescribed by a PT for each condition. http://www.cyberpt.com/cptcondtrt10trapRhm.asp - http://www.cyberpt.com/cptcondtrt10trapRhm.asp   http://www.cyberpt.com/cptcondtrt3rotcuff.asp - http://www.cyberpt.com/cptcondtrt3rotcuff.asp "
