Our user asked: "What are some good exercises for a pulled bicep muscle?"

Ask a PT Response: "For my patients who have sustained a biceps strain, I would recommend to them rest and modifying their activities. They are instructed to avoid activities which may exacerbate the condition ie. lifting weights, hammering, etc. I would also prescribe stretches for the bicep and forearm supinators along with gentle strengthening exercises. Other treatment options for my patients  include manual therapy and modalities as well."
