Our user asked: "What are possible causes for unilateral myotomal weakness spanning C3-C8? Other symptoms include positive ulnar nerve tension test, tingling and numbness in digits 4 and 5, and soreness and tenderness along triceps, upper trap, supraspinatus, and infraspinatus"

Ask a PT Response: "Thoracic outlet syndrome & CVA comes to my mind first. I would need to physically examine the patient and obtain more information in order to determine a more accurate physical therapy diagnosis."
