Are there any precautions for a patient that has undergone a Mumford procedure?

Removing the distal end of the clavicle without a rotator cuff repair usually doesn't have any precautions as far as ROM, strengthening etc. I usally progress as tolerated and am more aggressive with my patients that have only undergone the Mumford procedure, because I don't have to worry about compromising the surgery had the rotator cuff been involved as well.
